• What is STATUS?
  STATUS is a free, unified customer loyalty program for customers of JD Sports and Finish Line (“JD Finish Line”). STATUS members have the opportunity to earn STATUS Points on qualifying purchases at JD Sports stores (within the U.S.), Finish Line stores and on the JD Sports and Finish Line websites, or on the JD Sports and Finish Line apps.

  And STATUS Points can be used to redeem STATUS Rewards in the STATUS Rewards Catalog, such as STATUS Cash, special offers (like discounts, free shipping and promotion offers) and exclusive or early access to hot products and experiences, including through STATUS Exclusive Access Reward offers by JD Sports and Finish Line. 

  STATUS Points can’t be earned on purchases at Finish Line shops in Macy’s department stores.

• How does STATUS work?
  Once you become a STATUS member and complete the online profile registration, STATUS benefits become available to you. You’re assigned a STATUS loyalty number, with which you can use to earn Points on qualifying purchases at JD Sports stores (within the U.S.), Finish Line stores and on our JD Sports and Finish Line websites and on the JD Sports and Finish Line apps.

  To earn STATUS Points as a STATUS member, provide the email address associated with your STATUS account (when shopping in-store, online or on the mobile apps). The amount of STATUS Points you can earn on your purchases will depend on which STATUS Tier you are grouped into.

  
  STATUS Points can be used to redeem STATUS Rewards in the STATUS Rewards Catalog, such as STATUS Cash, special offers (like discounts and free shipping) and exclusive or early access to hot products and experiences, including through STATUS Exclusive Access Reward offers by JD Sports and Finish Line.

• What are STATUS Tiers and how do they relate to STATUS Points?

  STATUS members are grouped into two tiers:

  • General Admission Tier
  • A-List Tier

  The STATUS Tier that you’re grouped into for a calendar year depends, in part, on the amount that you spent on qualifying purchases that year and the year before*. If you qualify for the A-List Tier in a single calendar year, then you’re in the A-List Tier for the rest of that year and through the end of the following calendar year.

  The amount of STATUS Points you can earn on a purchase will depend on which STATUS Tier you fall into.

    

  STATUS Tier	Calendar Year Spend at JD Sports and/or Finish Line	Points Earned	Example
  General Admission	Less than $500	Earn 10 Points per $1 spent	If a STATUS member in the General Admission Tier spends $100, the STATUS member earns 1,000 points on that purchase.
  			If a STATUS member in the General Admission Tier spends $50 at Finish Line and $50 at JD Sports, the STATUS member earns 500 points on the Finish Line purchase and 500 points on the JD Sports purchase, for a total of 1,000 points between the two purchases.
  A-List	$500 or more	Earn 15 Points per $1 spent	If a STATUS member in the A-List Tier spends $100, the STATUS member earns 1,500 points on that purchase.
  			If a STATUS member in the A-List Tier spends $50 at Finish Line and $50 at JD Sports, the STATUS member earns 750 points on the Finish Line purchase and 750 points on the JD Sports purchase, for a total of 1,500 points between the two purchases.

   

  *Consideration of amount spent on purchases in prior Calendar Year (2019) not applicable in the first Calendar Year of the STATUS loyalty program.

• How do I maintain my A-List standing?
  When you spend $500 or more in qualifying purchases in a single calendar year, you’re placed in the A-List Tier for the remainder of that calendar year AND you stay in the A-List STATUS Tier through the end of the following year.

  You have to spend $500 or more each calendar year to qualify for the A-List Tier that calendar year* and the following calendar year. For example, if you’re in the A-List Tier in 2022 because you spent $500 or more in 2021, but you don’t spend $500 or more in 2022, then you’ll be placed in the General Admission Tier in 2023. You can rejoin the A-List Tier in 2023 and 2024 if you spend $500 or more in 2023.

  *Applies if you didn’t start in the A-List Tier at the beginning of the calendar year.

• What STATUS Rewards can I redeem with the STATUS Points I earn?
  STATUS members can use accrued points to redeem STATUS Rewards in the STATUS Rewards Catalog. Examples of rewards that may be made available in the STATUS Rewards Catalog include: STATUS Cash, special offers (like discounts, free shipping and promotion offers) and exclusive or early access to hot products and experiences, including through STATUS Exclusive Access Reward offers by JD Sports and Finish Line.

  Rewards listed in the STATUS Rewards Catalog may change at any time. Rewards offered may not be of equal value. Rewards that are claimed can’t be transferred to another person and can’t be redeemed for cash. Redemption and use of Rewards may be subject to other terms and conditions.

   

• How do I join STATUS?
  Joining STATUS is free, easy and quick to sign up! 

  Eligible customers can sign up to become a STATUS member online at jdsports.com/STATUS or finishline.com/STATUS by following the “Join STATUS” prompt on the STATUS home page. 

  Eligible customers can also sign up in JD Sports stores (within the U.S.) and Finish Line stores. If you sign up for a STATUS membership in a store, you’ll need to register your STATUS member account online at either jdsports.com or finishline.com to activate an online STATUS member account.

  If you were a Winner’s Circle member, your Winner’s Circle membership was converted into a STATUS membership. 

  If you were a JDX member, your JDX membership was converted into a STATUS membership.

   

• I forgot my STATUS loyalty number. Can I recover it?

  Yes! You can find your STATUS loyalty number several ways:

  • You can view your STATUS loyalty number by logging in to your STATUS account online at finishline.com or jdsports.com.
  • Your STATUS loyalty number can be found in the email we sent you welcoming you to the STATUS program shortly after you enroll as a STATUS member. It can also be found in any other emails JD Finish Line sends you concerning your STATUS Points balances and claimed STATUS Rewards.
  • JD Sports stores (within the U.S.) and Finish Line stores can also help you identify your STATUS loyalty number. To find your STATUS number, simply provide your email address associated with your STATUS account to a JD Sports or Finish Line Store Associate. 
  • Contact our JD Sports Customer Care team or Finish Line Customer Care team. To find your STATUS number, simply provide your preferred email address to a Customer Care Associate.
• Can I share my STATUS benefits?
  No. Only the customer who is a STATUS member can be eligible for STATUS benefits (such as STATUS Points and STATUS Rewards) offered as a result of their STATUS membership.

• How do I connect my accounts?

  You can connect your accounts on JD Sports Web or App.

• What type of benefits will I receive?

  Once you're connected, we'll alert you via email when new offers are available. You'll gain access to member-only Nike product, rewards, experiences and more. Be sure to check back often so you don’t miss out!

• I’m already a STATUS member and/or have a Nike Membership, does this mean my accounts are already connected?

  No, you will still need to connect your accounts. You can connect your STATUS and Nike accounts via the STATUS homepage.

• I connected my accounts but didn’t receive my Welcome Benefit. Why?

  The welcome offer is available to New Connected Members for a limited time, redeemable via the STATUS Rewards Catalog. If you have any additional questions, please contact our JD Sports Customer Care Team or our Finish Line Customer Care Team.

• Do I earn STATUS points when I shop at Nike?

  No, STATUS points will only be earned on purchases made at JD Sports. Any purchases made at Nike will be subject to the Nike Membership program.

• I changed my mind; how do I disconnect my accounts?

   

  You can disconnect your accounts at any time via the profile page in your account settings.

• How can I get additional support on my account and/or orders?

   

  You can contact Customer Service at any time for additional support or for questions about connecting your STATUS and Nike Membership accounts at JD Sports Customer Care Team and Nike Customer Service.
